Hi all,

With work I have the opportunity to sell up to 5 days annual leave. If I sell the full 5 days, will this excess have to go to the OR? I think it will but just want to check.

Thanks

E

Depends if you have the money to be able to buy the leave.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

What about if I buy annual leave. Will the OR get upset?

That was what I thought. Damn, I was really looking forward to working those extra days!
Thank you :)

Hi E,

Not 100% sure about this, but I imagine the OR would take the lot under the new rules or most certainly a percentage of it anyway. It is classified as disposable income.
Personally I would keep the leave rather than lose it in other ways.
