Well we've done it. We went to court yesterday and we are now bankrupt.
We've been told that we will both get calls from the OR. I hope the calls today aren't the long "interview" call as it's really not convinient to take this call at work - especially when I was off work yesterday because we were at court.
I thought I'd feel a sense of relief and a weight off my shoulders but I don't.
I'm petrified we'll lose the car and our mobile phones. :-(

Ooh that must be very frustrating for you. I'll bet you just want to get it done & dusted, I know that we did!
I hope that things resolve soon.

Well we had our letters yesterday confirming bankruptcy and the letter said we needed to call the court to arrange an interview. So my hubby straight away rang the court and they hadn't even put our details on the system yet!
They said we might be asked to go to an interview at the court (it seems they don't do telephone interviews) or we could just get a letter from the OR requesting information.
So we are still in limbo which isn't really helping! |

I hope that your telephone calls with the OR went ok & that you managed to sort out the car situation.
Hopefully you will be feeling better by now & that the weight will have lifted slightly.
