Was the creditor who tried to make you bankrupt in July 2011 in existance at the time of the bankruptcy? ie did you owe the debt when you went bankrupt in September 2010 - IF so, just inform them that you have already been made bankrupt on..... at..... County Court. Or ideally, inform the Official Receiver who can send them the necessary paperwork to make a claim in the bankruptcy. tHe creditor cannot make you bankrupt for a debt included/outstanding at the date of the original bankruptcy
if the debt was not outstanding as at the date of the original bankruptcy, ie incurred AFTER you were made bankrupt in September 2010, then the creditor is quite within their legal rights to petition for bankruptcy if you have not paid the debt
