Sorry that you're injured, I wish you a speedy recovery.
How long do you anticipate you are going to be stuck there?
I would suggest you write to all of your creditors telling them what has happened in the meantime.
You can declare yourself bankrupt from abroad if that's the best option for you, but you can also wait until you get back to the UK. Is there any particular reason that you need to do it while you are there?
I advise you speak to an expert on here or please post a few more details.
