I went bankrupt in june this year and was given an IPA due to my DI. I have not had any letters from the OR / Moonbeever on how to make the payments, despite me writing to them several times! i have not spent the money an it is still in my bank account!
i have now received a copy of the original order (from june and no covering letter) with the sentence highlighted that states i must start payments within 14 days of the date of order.
i have emailed them again to ask about how to pay (eg which bank account number to set up a DD or SO) Still had no reply!!!!
any advice would be appreciated!! thanx

Posted - 06 January 2012 : 15:08:03 Paul, call the OR. You should have their contact details on the initial letter you were given by the court when you first went bankrupt. If they don't answer correspondence they should at least answer the telephone
