Have you opened an account with a non creditor bank?
If not then you need to do so asap.

Posted - 18 December 2011 : 10:02:42 Hi, Because you no longer own the funds in those accounts (if any) and this is to stop access to them, however if you call the OR office they will allow you access to reasonable living expenses, I presume you do have funds in there, and the use of one of the acounts subject of course to the banks approval.
