I've missed a court date which I received a letter about with an insolvency number on, and a new date given. Time set for this is 15 minutes. Is this bankruptcy, I'm hoping it is as I have 30K after separation and income of £900 a month, outgoings £800 amonth as live with family member and pay board and food. Delta
