Posted - 04 January 2012 : 08:54:33 I have been made made bankrupt by the court with some enforcement orders. I have 2 questions: 1. Can I still avoid the banruptacy orders to be cancelled? 2. Can I now apply to declare myself as the bankrupt because I am unable to pay any debts?

Apologies, but not too sure about your post -
Question 1 ? Question 2 - If you have been made bankrupt, why do you ask can i apply to declare myself bankrupt, if you have been made bankrupt by the court, you ARE already bankrupt?
