I declared BR feb 2010 and was discharged in sept 2010.
Several defaults which was included in my bankruptcy still show on my credit report as an outstanding balance, and were last update 12/2011 - Can I ask the company to mark this as satisfied?

Anybody tried this with a positive outcome?

Cheers,

Jono

Hi Jono,

Contact the companies in question and enclose a copy of your discharge certificate. Any defaults after the date of BR should be removed.

Your BR will remain on your record for six years from the date it was granted.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe
