Hi,

I underpaid my tax last year because I gave my company the wrong P45 (I gave them the p45 from my jobseekers allowance rather than my old employer). This was discovered when my accountant completed my tax return for 2010 / 2011 which I was required to complete - I went BR in March 2011.

As this underpayment crossed over with the BR, do I have to repay it?

Thanks

E

As the tax related to a period prior to bankruptcy, it will be included in the sums written off.
