Once you are discharged and all has settled down?!?, is it possible to get a report of some description [from the IP doe example] that shows how the dicidend was distributed and what went to whom etc.

Posted - 09 January 2012 : 10:17:08 It may be of academic interest to you only, as it doesn't make any difference to your bankruptcy. In the vast majority of cases unless a significant amount of money has been realised, most of the assets realised will have been utilised to discharge fees.

Posted - 07 January 2012 : 14:35:38 I didn't get anything. I presume everything is finished with my case now as it's 18 months since my last IPA payment and I had no assets to realise.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side. |
