Posted - 21 January 2012 : 13:35:53 Hi All, I'm about half way through my IPA but lost my job in September last year so was set as zero monthly payment. I have now got a job and am waiting for the OR to send the forms etc. I have no capital or cash funds in reserve but last week I received a nice letter from HMRC with a cheque for £1100 due to overpayment in 2009!!!!! My question is regarding if this sum will affect the monthly IPA that will be set for me? I don't think the OR requested my bank statements last time I resumed employment - but I'm not sure - and am i best leaving it in my current account until they ask. Thanks in advance for any advice and Good Luck to all John

Posted - 21 January 2012 : 22:38:04 Hi, I declared myself bankrupt in 2008 and the payment is for 09/10 as I was working in Cyprus from March - Nov 2009. My payments restarted in 2010 - without any break for while I was in Cyprus as I could not prove my income
