Posted - 24 January 2012 : 18:11:57 the main advice though is never pay an upfront fee to an IVA company, their fees should be deducted and recovered from the payments that you make under the terms of the IVA, also make sure that you have looked at all your options before commiting, dont rely on others to tell you what is your best option, you need to decide yourself
