Pam.rg	Posted - 27 January 2012 : 02:10:56 hi i have just thought of another question regarding paying of creditors with inheritance, not knowing the amount as yet if it was not enough to cover all debts would we be able to pay back some then still submit bankrupcy? after seeing another question about a person paying back a family member and getting further into trouble we do not want to get into any further mess.
