How much equity is in the property and how much were your debts?

Looking through all papers looks like I was declared bankrupt
Not paid the debts for a long time
Due to many health issues and traumatic family issues I cod not cope with it all - buried my head in the stand but now happy to work with them to sort it out
There is equity in my property that I owed alone so that should cover it all
If it does cover all outstanding debts hey shouldn't do anything else should they ?

Hi Karen,

Have you been declared bankrupt at the court? Or can you just not afford your debts?

Hi jan

I have somewhere else to live and I believe there is enough equity in the house to clear debts easiest option I feel as I have a heart condition and could not cope with the income attachment option or bank accounts ring frozen or do I not get a choice!

This whole thing is so scary!

So do you know if I need to pay estate agent fees? I did have someone interested in the house but that's fallen through!

Do I tell an estate aget why I'm selling?

Hi and welcome.

Is this a sale because of the BR? Have you got to sell it?

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe
