Posted - 28 January 2012 : 11:52:01 Hi, i am going for bankruptcy on Tuesday and I'm filling my statement of affairs in now but I'm a little stuck.
In the tables for unsecured and secured creditors, one of the columns in each table is for "address" . Who's address is this for each table?
I have a second charge which is obviously a secured debt at the moment but will become an unsecured debt due to shortfall when my house is sold. I assume I have to write this in the forms somewhere so that the debt is covered once realised. Where do I put the details?
Thanks in advance :)

I will do what you said about the second charge, not sure what value to put in for the unsecured part though as I don't know what the shortfall will be yet?

It's the creditor's address.
You need to list the charge in secured and then again in unsecured for a potential debt.
