Can I take a credit of £500 within the 12 months of a debt relief order, without advising the receiver. The debt relief order started in October 2011.

The OR wont care, as long as you lawfully declare what you are meant to

I imagine it may be hard to get any credit anyway with a DRO on your record.

I can't see the OR being happy about it,

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

if the amount is less than £500 you dont have to tell anyone, if the amount is more than £500 then you have to tell the lender you are in a DRO.

as viki says though, do you really want to go down the debt route again?

As long as you tell them about your debt relief order.

I would try not to get into debt again though, is there something specific you need the money for immediately?

personal?

Is this credit relating to your business, eg supplier? Or personal credit?

You must tell the company lending you the money that you have a debt relief order.
