Posted - 28 January 2012 : 16:49:42 if the amount is less than £500 you dont have to tell anyone, if the amount is more than £500 then you have to tell the lender you are in a DRO.
as viki says though, do you really want to go down the debt route again? |

I would try not to get into debt again though, is there something specific you need the money for immediately?

You must tell the company lending you the money that you have a debt relief order.
