Posted - 30 January 2012 : 13:48:00 i was posted a statuary demand on the 27th of sep 2011 but i was not in the uk i left the uk on the 11th of sep 2011 when i got back to the uk in dec 5th 2011 i was called by there solicitors that i have to go to court on the 3rd to get served a bankrupsy but i did not except it so now am waiting for that i just would like to no if am not here does that still apply becouse if i known about this i would of sorted this problem and now thay are charging me there solicitors cost another 2120 on top of the debt which is 5490 i think this is very unfare now thay want to make me bankrupt the told me that thay now what my house is worth so thay want to go for that i would of never let it get this far if i was here can any one give me advice on this matter thanks for listerning
