Posted - 30 January 2012 : 23:45:21 Hi all,
I declared myself BR at end March 2011.
Since then my company was brought by a bigger company and they moved us to another office close to Reading. This has resulted in much higher mileage and the associated petrol costs and wear and tear on the car (from 20 miles a day to 40 miles per day). They have now moved me again and I will now be based in London 3 days per week, and back in the office for the other two days.
Travel to London is £26.60 per day. Will the OR be cross with all these outgoings?
Many thanks & I hope you are all well

Posted - 31 January 2012 : 22:34:15 Hiya,
Thank you for replying.
I don't know yet if I am going to have an IPA. I haven't heard.
(and I'm def not going to chase up the OR!).
I'm just a bit concerned as its going to be a tough few months with such a lot going out of the account. £80 a week is a lot to lose to travel (with fuel costs on top too!).
Thanks again
Ez

No, he won't be cross at all, you just need to inform him of the changes and complete a new income and expenditure to amend your IPA.
