Posted - 09 February 2012 : 20:39:09 im being made bankrupt by a company for £754 but i have more debt with other company's. the issue is with the car (value of around £6000), this car is in my wife's name, and always has been but i am the named driver and its insured for me only as my wife has a provisional licence only. my father bought the car and i have no money invested in it or its purchase, is it my asset or my wife's asset? she is in no way connected to the debt i have, it is all mine and in my name.
