Posted - 14 February 2012 : 20:13:12 I owe just over £3K to a credit card company, I was made redundant and couldnt keep up the payments, however I offered the comapny a short term token payment of £5 per month whilst on benefits. I have just secured a new job and have offered £100 per month the company say they do not accept this and are filing to make me bankrupt what can I do

Are they just threatening you of have you had paperwork to confirm that they are filing for bankruptcy?
