would a six seater table and chairs value 350 second hand be classed as a luxury goods

when you fill in the list of unsecured creditors what does date incured mean

Yep if they are simply for general living (ie you are not a collector of tables and chairs)(there must be someone that is :)) then they will be exempt from the bankruptcy

As regards the dates, it depends on the debt, for instance if it is a loan then that will have a definite date when you took it out, if it was something like a credit card then you might want to put a range (for instance 2008-2011)for the period the debt has built up on it

I doubt the furniture would be classed as luxury but no idea about the date incurred though.
