Posted - 18 February 2012 : 14:50:13 Hi, clarity needed. Split up from my partner 2 years ago after his gambling debts got too much! we had a house with £350,00 mortgage and secured loan on top. Last year I went BR. Even though I no longer live in the property I am getting hassle from SL company, asking for money I just can't pay whilst only 6 months into BR and for a property I have not set my eyes on for 2 years. Ex is over £4,000 in arrears and 4.28 months in arrears. Have told SL co to repossess please but they keep insisting I pay... Will I ever be free of this white elephant? Advice badly needed
