My paperwork was sent to an incorrect address which has resulted in a Charge Order being made against my property. The case has been adjourned as I did not receive correspondence until 4 days before the Court date. The correspondence was sent to an address i have not been living at since 2003. The Judge gave me 14 days to arrange representation but I do not have the funds to do this. Please advise how to proceed.

i presume that you dont have the funds to pay the debt either then, in which case there is little you can do to avoid the charging order, is their any equity in your property
