Hi, with the help of my family and friend I have paid off all my debt and I am seeking annulment of bankruptcy on the basis that debts and expenses of the bankruptcy paid in full since the making of the order.

Can anyone advice on how I should write orders seeked in the form 7.1A.

I currently wrote the following in the form where they asked “State clearly what order you are seeking. Briefly set out why you are seeking the order and what evidence you rely on in support of this application”.

Is this correct?

1. Discharged from bankruptcy:: Vasu Menan bankruptcy, Court case number: XXX -XXXX, is discharged from bankruptcy on the basis that debts and expenses of the bankruptcy paid in full (s 279(2)), since the making of the order.

2. Cancellation Notice: Vasu Menan bankruptcy entries in the Land Charges registers is cancelled for his property, -------- (House number, Street name, postcode)

3. The statement of truth of Vasu Menan dated 10 of April 2012 is relied upon in support of this Application.
