hi, one week in to bankrupcy and a little confused. letter from insolvency service stating that that due to informaion on our forms no interview at this time is necessary. what happens next/? do we carry on with our nationwide bank account being a cash card.(nothing said about account being closed)? no bank slips or pay slips wanted. is it to soon for this to be asked for or is this it for the next year till we are discharged. if so wish we had done this much sooner.

Hello there, your experience is not different from many people who file for bankruptcy. It really is no where near as difficult as people believe, unfortunatly, they never believe us! The majority of people I deal with having gone through the process, come away thinking they wish they had done is much sooner! The other comment regularly heard is the fact that they can finally get a nights sleep!

Thanks for posting, your positive comments may help others who are tettering on the egde and too scared to make the decision
Here's to wishing you a speed year, and a debt free future! Melanie

Hi Pam,

The OR will ask for the paperwork at some point. Have you checked with Nationwide to see if you can still bank with them? If so, then you'll be fine.
