Sarah called regarding outstanding debts that have been paid for the last two years. She became unemployed and now has had to reduce her payments. One of the Companies that she owes money to have taken her to court. Sarah has received a Land Registry Form that they have asked her to sign and send back, she needs advise on if she should sign it. The property is in joint names and all the debts are in her name.

Either call one on here or visit the CAB
