Posted - 12 April 2012 : 09:25:25 I have had an agreement with the courts for 2 years, paying them by standing order which I have to renew every year. When I renewed this year I asked that it come out on the 31st but in February as there is no 31st it was cancelled. I have since had Bailiffs at the door who are demanding £90 a week. I have spoken to the courts who have declined to take the debt back from the Bailiffs, what can I do ? Will the county court help ? I cannot afford to pay £90 a week.
