I had a ccj against me in 1990, and pay £5.00 a month back. When I rang Morecroft Debt Recovery to get information on the CCJ, they were unable to find any details of the CCJ. Can I get this CCJ wiped off as it is still incurring interest which is more than the £5.00 I am paying off, which means I will never pay the debt off. I don't work as I am a carer for my husband. Please can you provide me with advise ?
