Hi there
You will need to have debts under £5k and a CCJ registered against you to apply for a Composition Order. Contact your local County Court and they will assist you
Hope this helps, Melanie

Hi Winston , welcome

If you google this, there is loads of info on there. It appears to be an alternative to an Administration Order, and it is the court who will decide if it is appropriate. Do you already have CCJ's or an Administration Order?? Strongly suggest you approach one of the experts on here who will give you free impartial advice.
