Posted - 19 April 2012 : 01:07:11 I am a creditor to a person that is applying for an IVA who is also my friend. Will the money that was lent personally to the friend be covered under the IVA for my friend's business. Repayment has been promised to me on completion of the sale of premises but then I was also asked if i want to be included in the dividend or be waved from this. Do these two contradict ?
