Posted - 19 April 2012 : 13:39:39 I think I have been overcharged by bailiffs. I have given my account details to the bailiff but have not received any confirmation. I feel this may be unsafe.

With regard to bailiffs etc the best advice i can give you is to have a look on the Citizens Advice Bureau website, they had a section regarding bailiffs and action etc together with details of what steps you can take with regard to action, complaints etc Hope this helps, Melanie
