Posted - 26 April 2012 : 17:42:21 I had a company around 15 years ago, and yesterday out the blue i recieved demands of £8000 from our local council for unpaid business rates. Is this enforceable? were do i stand legally ? thanks in advance forgot to mention i live in Scotland
