Posted - 26 April 2012 : 19:08:41 I have had an administration order in place since 2007 and thought I had a composition order in place. I have been advised that this is not in place and can apply for the administration to be discharged. What does this entailm? I have 7 days in which to respond to the letter I received today.

Posted - 27 April 2012 : 11:52:14 As far as I am aware, an Administration Order (for debts under £5,000) would have to be paid in full for it to be completed. The best advice I can give you is to contact the County Court where the Administration Order was obtained and ask for their advice
Hope this helps, Melanie
