I have a tenant in a flat I let. She has not been paying the rent and I have notified the courts and have been issued with a fourteen day possession order. If I give her two days notice, am I within my rights to enter the property?

As a landlord you can enter your premises provided you give her 24 hours notice in writing.

I only know because my parents are landlords and I have dealt with business for them in the past.

Check with the CAB or a solicitor but I am sure if she refuses you can then gain entry with assistance from the Police. I saw someone get evicted today and they used an enforcer.

No idea on this one I'm afraid.

Have a chat with a solicitor or the CAB.
