Posted - 02 May 2012 : 13:54:05 I have had a court fine to pay, which I paid 4 hours late, before this a distress warrant had gone out with the Bailiffs. Can they still charge as I have paid the fine ?

The only thing you can do is speak to the bailiffs and/or the department you owe money to and see what they say.
I have no idea whether or not they will charge you.
