Hi I am looking for work and will be claiming JSA when I get my hesd a round it she was second driver but is now main as she needs bigger car daily will I be allowed to keep lower priced car or will it be sold as an asset ?
Also if I claim JSA what part do I have to pay each month ?

Hi we both broght it yes she uses it value £ 7000 the one I use is £2500 both in my name not hers what will happen ?

Hi thanks can you tell me also our car is in my name but she needs it for work can I sign it over to her? I am not working now so have no income the house is rented and although we are sharing the house we are seperated due to the pressure of this, Will I have to sell things from the house?

Hi Sean,

Your wife would need to contribute her fair share towards the household expenditure, other than that, her income won't be touched.
