Posted - 10 May 2012 : 20:37:48 I am In an IVA with Clear Debt. They have sent me a letter saying that if I do not pay £750 within 7 days, I will be made bankrupt. Is this true ?

You really need to speak to your IP today to get this sorted. It could just be a standard letter that's sent out if there are any arrears.
