Posted - 11 May 2012 : 00:38:24 My son has been using my address to run up debts, and he managed to gain access to my property while I was at work. He let a bailiff enter the property to remove goods, and the bailiff wants to come back tomorrow, to remove the goods.

Posted - 11 May 2012 : 07:55:12 You need to seek some legal advice here, especially if the bailiffs have taken your property and not your sons.
Speak to the bailiff company initially to tell them what has happened.
Have a word with the CAB to see if they can assist you at all.
