Hi and welcome,
Six years is correct for most loans but, if you have acknowledged the debt at any time then the six years starts again from the day that you do.
Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

Hi Douglas,
They cant chase you for any debts over 6 years as far as I am aware. That's the standard rule not sure if it's different for government debts.
Have you been or are you going BR?
someone will clarify soon I am sure :)
