Posted - 17 May 2012 : 14:23:50 My sister took out a car on finance but it wasn't for her it was for ex-boyfriend, she took it out on her name although he drove it and paid for it, however for the last couple of months he has not been paying for the vehicle although he has it and drives. his parents have agreed to hand over the key and car but they don't want it to turn into a police matter, if he reports the car stolen and he is being awkward about the whole situation.
