My sister took out a car on finance but it wasn't for her it was for ex-boyfriend, she took it out on her name although he drove it and paid for it, however for the last couple of months he has not been paying for the vehicle although he has it and drives. his parents have agreed to hand over the key and car but they don't want it to turn into a police matter, if he reports the car stolen and he is being awkward about the whole situation.

This is something for your sister to sort out legally - a visit to the CAB might be an idea as they will look at the paperwork and advise her.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

Hi, Not sure what advice I can give. Unfortunately your sister is liable for the finance regardless of what happens.

Hope you sort this out.
