Posted - 21 May 2012 : 09:31:50 Hi, i have 11 weeks left now until end of my bankruptcy :) and tax code is still NT on my last payslip 2 weeks ago. Can i expect it to change back to what it was soon or will it revert back at end of bankruptcy? or should i be contacting hmrc? Thanks Anna :)

Posted - 21 May 2012 : 10:46:16 Your tax code should have reverted to normal in the new tax year. You will need to put the unpaid tax aside and contact HMRC and ask them to correct your code.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
