Posted - 25 May 2012 : 18:12:56 You can volunteer abroad, the bankruptcy would not stop you from doing that.

Posted - 25 May 2012 : 18:02:37 You need to put down what you spend and be prepared to justify it if necessary.
If you do volunteer work, how are you going to fund your every day expenses while you do that.

Posted - 25 May 2012 : 17:06:34 £800-900 seems quite low outgoings, have you checked all your statements to make sure you have accounted for everything you spend, some things dont come up on a regular basis so can be easy to forget |

Posted - 25 May 2012 : 09:07:57 Hi Jake,
Welcome to the forum.
Yes, you can leave the country whenever you want. Just make sure they have your contact details, and if your income and expenditure changes, which it may, then tell the OR.
Please speak to an expert on here for advice, or make an appointment at your local CAB.

Posted - 25 May 2012 : 08:35:00 Hi, if you have more than £20 per month disposable income after your bills and allowances then you will have to pay the whole amount across.

Posted - 25 May 2012 : 08:23:03 Hi Jake. Its the OR's and Trustees duty to collect 'spare' income, but you are allowed reasonable living expenses.
I think it will always be treated on an individual basis.
Check Skippys blog for what happened to her.
