Just to add, they need to set the IPA up before your automatic discharge from your BR.
From what I can make out, to take into account postal services etc, they woul dhave to set something up at least a month or so before your discharge.
It would run from when it was put into place, not backdated, and would normally run for 36months.

The big question is, as Viki has asked, is have you got a surplus?

Views expressed are my own personal views, based on what has happened during my own BR process unless otherwise stated.
Professional advice should always be sought.

Hi Makeawish,

When did you declare bankruptcy?

Have you any surplus?

If you do get an IPA, it won't be backdated.
