I suppose it depends upon whether the CCJ has been settled or not.

We don't know if the OP is, or has been, bankrupt or any other debt solution.

Short answer - yes. The six year rules applies to most adverse entries.

Hi and welcome.

If the CCJ formed part of your BR it should end up as being marked satisfied.

Have a look at skippys blog on how to tidy up your credit file.
