Posted - 07 June 2012 : 14:18:39 The Court consolidated my fines into one payment to be deducted from my benefits but the benefits agency have not done this and the bailiffs have now been called in and are coming in tomorrow to remove goods. My support worker was to have contacted the bailiffs but this does not appear to have been done. The Court is unwilling to help as the bailiffs have been called in.

Do you have any paperwork from the court confirming this? Have the bailiffs already been in and done a 'walking possession'?
