I just recently opened one of these accounts and I was wondering if anyone with a Cashminder account tell me roughly the date each month you get statements ?
Thanks,
Peter |

Holly is right, the Cashminder statements are triggered by transactions rather than the date.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
Hi Tracey,
Thank you for your reply. I guess they do this to save money, though I have a friend who has a 'normal' Coop current account and she receives regular statements each month and only has a couple of transactions or so each month.

Hi psj, I have a co op cashminder account since i entered an iva 17 months ago which unfortunately hasn't worked out & ill be applying for bankruptcy shortly, I've found there isn't a set date each month for statements, they send mine out when there's about 12 transactions made on the account, I have nothing but praise for the co op since i opened the account, you can ring them at any time if you have a query,& anyone iv'e spoken to are very helpful.Hope this helps.
Hi Holly,
Thank you for your reply. I'd assumed that they sent them out at the end of each month. If as you say statements are triggered by a number of transactions that might account for my not having received a statement yet.
thanks,
