Posted - 18 June 2012 : 07:16:58 Yes you do, in fact you need to inform the OR much earlier than that ie now, you have to tell them if there is any claim to be made as it is their job to assess the claim first before it is made, so you need to go tell them straight away.
In any case they will assess it and any money owed because of injury to your person will eventually be yours to keep. Money that is owed as injury to your property (for example loss of wages) could be claimed by the bankruptcy
