Alison.ls	Posted - 19 June 2012 : 06:16:53 Hi. I am currently considering bankruptcy as I owe HMRC cŁ21k plus unsecured debts of approx Ł15k. I am a single parent working part time on an income of Ł14,250 which is topped up with Tax Credits and benefits. If I were to declare myself bankrupt, including my HMRC debt in my list of creditors, would I continue to get my Tax credits? Without them I would really struggle :( Thank you
